GTA is committed to providing training to state employees to ensure safe and responsible use of AI tools. AI training modules are included in the cybersecurity awareness training that staff are required to complete.

Now available: InnovateUS training

The State of Georgia provides continuous learning and professional development opportunities, with an emphasis on skills for the future. Georgia has partnered with InnovateUS to provide high-quality training free of charge to government employees. State employees have access to the Responsible AI for Public Professionals course series. This series, comprising the Using GenAI in Government and Understanding Risks and Building Resilience courses, showcases the practical ways public professionals can use GenAI. The courses also address the risks associated with these powerful tools and how to mitigate them. State employees can access the courses on the InnovateUS and GTA's AI learning hub.
