Innovation Lab

The Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) is launching an Innovation Lab to foster innovation, experimentation, and development in artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies. The lab will enable qualified contractors to collaborate with state agencies and elected officials to review business challenges, propose solutions, and develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) using synthetic data in secure environments.The Innovation Lab's key mission is to accelerate the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that can improve government services and operations. Contractors will work closely with state agencies to:

  • Identify business challenges and optimization opportunities, drive scale
  • Provide information and proposals for technology-driven solutions
  • Build and evaluate POCs using synthetic data

This program will create new innovative efficiencies across state agencies through the use of AI and other emerging technologies, ultimately enhancing the constituent experience.
