This session will provide an overview of the 12-week, team-based learning program, including agency team expectations, timeline, training structure, Innovation Idea development, and how agencies can prepare to participate.

Agency leaders, CIOs, business owners, program leads, operations staff, IT/data partners, and proposed team members are encouraged to attend.

Agencies interested in participating are encouraged to submit an AI opportunity or area of interest as soon as possible to support planning and team formation.
