GTA recognizes WellSaid as an AI-powered text-to-speech tool that generates high-quality, human-like voiceovers. It can be used for voice content creation, including tutorials, presentations, and public announcements.

Guidelines

  • Purpose and Use

    WellSaid can be used to create voiceovers for training materials, public service
    announcements, and other non-sensitive communications. It should not be used for
    voice representations of government officials in official public addresses or where direct
    human accountability is required.

  • Transparency

    Any content created with WellSaid should include a clear disclaimer stating that the
    voice is AI-generated. This ensures transparency, particularly in public
    communications.

    As with any AI tool, no sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII) should be

Prohibited Uses

    addresses, or any content where authenticity and human accountability are required,
    especially when representing government officials.

  • Representing AI Voices as Human

    WellSaid-generated voices cannot be portrayed as being from a human speaker without
    disclosure. Misleading the public about the nature of the voice is prohibited.

  • Using for Sensitive or Classified Information

    WellSaid cannot be used to record or disseminate content that includes classified,
    sensitive, or personal information. Any such data shared in voice content must be fully
    anonymized and comply with data protection standards.

  • Creating Offensive or Harmful Content

    Agencies cannot use WellSaid to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or
    inappropriate. This includes content that perpetuates bias, discrimination, or false
    information.

  • Automating Citizen Interactions Without Consent

    WellSaid cannot be used to automate voice responses in direct communication with
    citizens unless they are explicitly informed that they are interacting with AI-generated
    voice content.
