WellSaid cannot be used to create AI-generated voiceovers for speeches, public
addresses, or any content where authenticity and human accountability are required,

WellSaid-generated voices cannot be portrayed as being from a human speaker without
disclosure. Misleading the public about the nature of the voice is prohibited. -
Using for Sensitive or Classified Information
WellSaid cannot be used to record or disseminate content that includes classified,
sensitive, or personal information. Any such data shared in voice content must be fully
anonymized and comply with data protection standards. -
Creating Offensive or Harmful Content
Agencies cannot use WellSaid to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or
inappropriate. This includes content that perpetuates bias, discrimination, or false

Automating Citizen Interactions Without Consent
WellSaid cannot be used to automate voice responses in direct communication with
citizens unless they are explicitly informed that they are interacting with AI-generated
