Through continuous evaluation and collaboration with state agencies, GTA strives to safeguard against biases, mitigate risks, and promote the development of AI solutions that enhance the wellbeing of Georgians. By fostering a culture of responsible AI governance, the program aims to establish Georgia as a model for ethical AI practices.

AI Training

AI training for the public sector is provided through a partnership with InnovateUS. It is part of training programs for state employees.

At the IT Modernization and AI Summit, Georgia’s Chief Digital & AI Officer Nikhil Deshpande unveiled insights into Georgia's pioneering AI initiatives. He introduced the Ethics DNA guide and training program, designed to set a strong ethical foundation for AI governance across the state. He shared Georgia’s commitment to embedding ethics, privacy, and efficiency within its AI-driven government, with projects like the forthcoming AI lab focused on responsible innovation.
